    The bards were so sweet and understanding, I inquired about a semi-custom of my dog that passed away a month ago. They got right to it the next day and shipped him out first thing when they could. I love him, hes better than I expected

    Adorable and squishy, just expected warmer colors for choosing the “warm” color option. It came black and red, which is still awesome!
