How do I take care of my new monster?

To keep your monster safe and happy we recommend the following :

- Wash thoroughly before and after every use with warm water and mild unscented soap or specialized toy cleaner made for platinum silicone.

- Silicone has a lot of inherent static, it attracts dust, lint, hair or even mica powder while in production. Our shop is small and we get a lot of pigments that float around in the air and can sometimes cling to the surface of toys. If you find a bit of shimmer on your hands after cleaning we recommend a good wipe down with Isopropyl alcohol or unscented non-moisturizing hand sanitizer and another wash.

- We do not recommend washing in a dishwasher. Mainly due to food or detergent residue and will really only clean if you have a "sanitize" setting.

- For an extra level of clean carefully submerge the toy in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. let it cool completely before removing or handling

- Dry completely before storing, by either air drying or patting with a clean terry microfiber towel or fresh paper towel.

- Do not store in contact with non-silicone toys such as PVC or Jelly toys. Avoid contact with fabric that has been treated with softener. Use the provided dust bag if there is any uncertainty.

- Use non lubricated condoms

- Use only water or oil based lubricants

- Keep away from sharp objects, do not bite, scratch, pick or cut.

What's a Drop or Custom/Made to Order?

Our drops consist of new inventory that we add to the shop for instant purchase. We add all new inventory at once on the last Thursday of the month at 6 PM. We also offer a pre-shop to give folks a preview of the items coming soon.

We pour new inventory regularly, often with special colors or pour styles not always available.

Custom or Made to order toys are poured with your choice of size, firmness, colors, and pour styles. So if you don't see anything you like in the drop we are always happy to pour it again for you.

What is the difference between firmness?

Click here to out our blog post to see a squish video!

Our firmness levels are set by our silicone manufacturer according their hardness scale, also known as shore.

We currently offer 3 levels of firmness :

Shore 00-20 : Super Soft

This is very soft and yielding, feels similar to a gummy candy.

Shore 00-30 : Soft

This is soft and squishes easily with hand pressure, feels similar to a gel insole.

Shore 00-50 : Medium

This is our firmest, squishes with firmer hand pressure and offers stability, feels similar to a rubber eraser.

There are many factors that can may a toy feel more or less firm, thicker toys will have less squish and feel firmer.

In addition if the silicone was manufactured or mixed at colder temperatures this can also make the end product feel slightly firmer.

Will your inclusions, such as mini-stuffed toys break loose?

The effect of silicone layers peeling or inclusions (mini's) detaching is called delamination.

We do everything in our power to prevent this from happening. Our inclusions are made from molds which do not use ease release, a treatment used to prevent silicone from sticking to other silicone.

Layers are poured while the silicone is still in the curing phase which will prevent peeling.

However, with any of this there is still a small chance of delamination.

What is a flop?

All of our toys are molded from 3D printed models. We attempt to smooth these by hand as much as possible but since we are human there is still a possibility of surface imperfections. Any flaws outside of this are labeled as flops in our store.

In addition flops can have the following issues: surface bubbles, inclusions such as fibers or pigment spots.

We grade flops on 3 levels, Minor, Moderate, Severe. All issues are documented, and listed. Please read descriptions carefully, it is your responsibility to decide what is acceptable to you. We DO NOT offer refunds on flop items.

I have an idea for a custom pour, how do I order?

We are happy to help! Please contact us via the contact us form below or via our contact page

Be sure to include the model, size and firmness you are interested in, as well as your idea.

Any custom containing more than 3 colors must be approved before ordering. With the exception of drips, splatters, and add on's like glow

This is to ensure we are on the same page and can discuss limitations.

We reserve the right to cancel any order over 3 colors that utilize the surprize me form.

Do you offer custom designs?

At this time we do not offer fully custom designed toys due to the cost and time new developments require.

But we are always happy to hear ideas for new toys that you think may be missing from our lineup.

What is the difference between Color Shift and Ultra Shift?

Also known as chameleon colors, These premium pigments add a multi-dimensional look to colors depending on the angle of light and shape of the toy.

Color shift pigments typically shift in 1-2 different colors but is a bit more subtle.

Ultra Shift will typically shift in 3-4 colors in a dynamic way.

How does glow affect color?

We can add glow to any of our available colors, but it does change the color.

When adding glow we recommend selecting a glow color that is close to the initial color selection, or one of our neutral glows. Mixing colors that are too different can possibly yield unexpected results.

For our Color Shift and Ultra Shift colors this will reduce the amount of change the pigment can make. It can make the colors a bit more flat in appearance.

What is near clear (NC)?

Near Clear is a type of body safe platinum cure silicone that gives a mostly clear toy opposed to cloudy like our standard silicone.

The process for making toys from Near Clear is more challenging, so we do not offer this silicone for customs. Drop NC will have an upcharge because of the difficulty.

Because of the clarity of Near Clear stains and yellowing may be more apparent than standard silicone. Be sure to wash before and after every use.

All policies are subject to change at any time at our discretion.
