Not what I expected

The toy came in yesterday and is very beautiful, but unfortunately the area right past the head (foreskin area) is too pronounced and uncomfortable. Too pronounced to work my way up past that. Also I don't get why the sizes are named what they are. This is supposed to be a medium and it's gigantic. Any other company would call this a large. I understand you provide a sizing chart, but having it in person really hit home.
My suggestion would be a renaming of sizes. Extra small should be small. Small should be medium. Medium should be large etc. I definitely should've gotten the small.
