Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE
Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm, unless otherwise stated. Package processing takes place during normal business hours
Orders on :
- Available inventory will be processed on the next available shipping day. If your order is placed after 12pm it will be treated as a next day order.
- Customs processing time will vary. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your items to be poured. Once complete orders ship on the next available shipping day.
SHIPPING
Please double check your name and address before completing your order.
Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase if you believe you have entered an incorrect address.
For orders over $150 before tax and shipping we offer free economy shipping in the US only, gift card purchases do not apply to the total as they are digital items. This does not apply to combined orders. We reserve the right to choose the most cost effective method regardless of transit time.
All of our packaging materials such as boxes, paper, and plastic should be recycled at your local recycling center
At the moment we ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
All items ship discreetly in either a plain brown box (toys) or padded envelope (merch) with a shipping label from "TWB"
International orders will say "Silicone Sculpture" in compliance with customs and import regulations, we can not omit this.
If you need your item by a specific date please keep our shipping and processing times in mind. For our Free Shipping we reserve the right to use the most cost effective method.
We will not change the name on a package once an order has been placed. However if your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us within 1 hour of purchase to change. We may not be able to honor requests outside of this timeframe.
If our shipping partner marks your package as undeliverable or if the package is returned to us, we will contact you via the email attached to your order with an invoice for re-shipping. We will hold your item for 7 days, if we do not hear back from you we will refund the cost of the item only, minus a 10% restocking fee. These items will be returned to our shops inventory and sold, if the box is damaged or tampered with in any way we will not resell the item.
We can not hold orders for delayed shipping.
Once your package is in the hands of our shipping partner it is out of our control, for extended delays (3 weeks or more) or if you suspect your package was lost, stolen, or damaged in transit contact your chosen shipping provider to file a claim.
We reserve the right to refuse order being shipped to re-shipment facilities. There are various legal and social reasons we refuse to ship to certain countries, any attempt to circumvent this policy will result in cancellation, refund, and ban from any further purchases.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are unable to replace items that are lost or damaged in shipping. However your package is insured by our shipping partners. Please contact your carrier to file a claim.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please include an up to date phone number and email, in the event our shipping partners need to contact you about your shipment they will need a way to contact you.
Please use your full legal name on the shipping information, this is required for international shipments.
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties or fees. The customer is responsible for payment of these fees. We bear no responsibility for packages that are returned and will not reship.
If your international order is delayed more than 2 months please contact us for assistance
International orders are required to list contents on customs forms, the package will say "Silicone Sculpture".
We offer international shipping to many countries, if your country isn't listed at time of checkout we are unable to make exceptions.
These usually follow estimated ship times, but during the COVID-19 pandemic, some shipping may be delayed. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
