RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products we DO NOT accept returns or offer exchanges/refunds/discounts on any of our items for any reason including but not limited to:

- Buyers Remorse

- Wrong firmness/size/model/color purchased by customer

- Item is damaged after opening

- Item is damaged in transit, you will need to contact the shipping provider to file a claim

- Flop Items

 Cancellations

We gladly cancel an order within 2 hours of purchase. Please email us using the contact form be sure to include your order number. The request will be processed as soon as possible.

Requests made outside of this window will not be honored.

Damages and issues

Please examine your order when you receive it. If there are issues we did not document DO NOT remove from the original packaging, take clear well lit photos and contact us immediately. 

Re-pours

Re-pours on custom orders are not standard. Offers to repour are made on a case by case basis at our discretion.

Please contact us immediately if the if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds and Discounts can be made on a case by case basis and only at our discretion.

We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee on any refunds.
